Academics & Faculty : Classes are from 10 am then at 11.45 lunch time and after lunch, classes go on till 4.30 pm. Every 6 months there is semester examinations and assignments given by teachers which depend on the course taken.The quality of teaching is Very low and some times average. The overall experience is bad.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To take admission in MGCGV, You need to qualify MP PAT Exam and clear the cutoff which the University decides at the counseling date. This University does offline open counseling. I have given MP PAT exam, and For general 120, OBC 80 and SC ST  70.

Placements & Internships : Mahindra tractors offer placements some times, which is a private company and uses B.tech student as sales men for an avg salary of INR 17000 per month.

Fees & Scholarships : INR 52000 p.y is the course fee. Yes, from MP scholarship scheme are available for SC ST and OBC students as per govt. norms, for which you have to register on mp online portal. Can't really tell because there are a lot of students who get the scholarship. No, a loan is not needed.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are not available for boys and the girls' hostel infrastructure is very poor. No idea about PGs and the quality of food is very poor which is INR 40 per plate. Classroom, lab, and the library is poor and there is no wifi connection.

Clubs & Associations : Nothing as such, there are no student councils or clubs. Only Engineer's day and Yoga divas are celebrated. The overall life in college is very poor.
