Maharaja College, first started as a school in 1844 and gradually, after gaining recognition, the institute got affiliated with Calcutta University in 1873 and to Allahabad University in 1890. Currently with more than 2,500 students, this college is affiliated to Rajasthan University. In 2011, UGC imparted the status of 'College with Potential of Excellence' to this institute. Various popular companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc visit this college for placements.

Maharaja College Admission 2024

Maharaja College was started as a school in 1844. Gradually, this institute gained recognition, in 1873 it then got affiliated to Calcutta University and in 1890 it got affiliated to Allahabad University.Maharaja College, Jaipur offers various courses like  Bachelor of Science (B.Sc),  Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) (Hons) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) courses. Admission to B.Sc, B.Sc(Hons) and BCA courses will be offered on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Application forms for admission can be taken offline from the University campus after paying the particular application fee.

The Maharaja College offers 3 full-time UG courses.The duration of the course is 3 years. The Maharaja College offers 30 seats in each specialization for B.Sc course and 120 seats in BCA.The specializations and courses are as follows.

The minimum eligibility criteria for candidates seeking admission in [PJ LNGC] is that they should pass Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) examination of Board of School Education Haryana with 50% marks in aggregate or any other examination recognized by MDU as equivalent.
