General requirements for UG admissions 2025

Application form - Lyallpur Khalsa College, [LKC] Jalandhar

Download the application form, available on the college website
Fill up the application form.
Attach three passport size photographs at relevant places in the form and Identity card slip.
Attach a certified copy of all academic certificates and any other relevant documents along with residence proof.
Submit the completed application form to the HOD/Incharge of the Lyallpur Khalsa College for the approval of the Principal.
Submit application fee at fee window and get due to receipt for payment.

Documents Required

Original certificates and mark sheets of the lower examination passed (along with xerox copies of these documents and completed application form )
Three passport size photographs,
The student belonging to Scheduled Caste/Tribe, Backward Class must attach required caste certificate with Income certificate issued by the competent authorities along with the application to avail benefit of Non-payment of non-refundable charges as per Punjab Govt. Instructions.
students who have passed their qualifying examination from institutions other than GNDU, have to submit an Eligibility certificate from Guru Nanak Dev University
Students whose result is declared late should submit the Eligibility Certificate within one month of the declaration of the result.

Admission Process - Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar
