Hotel Management Laboratories: 

• LMF has fully stainless steel basic training kitchen.
• The laboratories can accommodate 30 students.
• The Basic Training Kitchen has equipment like a high heat burner, low heat burner, deep freezer, sandwich griller, dosa griller, etc.
• Their 24 cover restaurant and bar are used for training and have all types of spirits, glasses relevant to spirits, complete table setting to teach serving styles and settings.
• Landmark Foundation Institute of Management and Technology has a fully functional housekeeping lab where students are taught how to do bed making, cleaning used materials, room layout used in modern hotels etc.
