• The candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) OR Bachelors of Arts (BA) with 50% in aggregate of all subjects (45% for SC/ ST and Category I candidates), of Bangalore University or any other university from India, considered as equivalent thereto are eligible to eligible for admission to MSW course.

• BSW graduates are preferred over BA graduates.

• All other guidelines for admissions issued by the Bangalore University shall be followed.

Other Fees:-

• Application form:- INR 1000.
• Examination fee:- INR 1000 to INR 2500.

Optional Charges:-

• Transportation charges:- INR 15,000 per year for local transportation within Bangalore only. INR 25000 transportation extended in and around Hosur.

Hostel Fees Bifurcation for 4th and 5th floor [For Indian Students]:-

• Single Room [accomodation only]:- INR 1,52,000.
• 2 Sharing Room [accomodation only]:- INR 84,000.

Note: There would be an increase of 5% to 10% in the hostel fee every year. A non-refundable deposit of 20,000 per student will be collected.

Hostel Fees Bifurcation for 1st, 2nd and 3rd-floor Rooms with Attached washrooms  [For Indian Students]:-

• 2 Sharing Room:- INR 65,000 
• 4 Sharing Room:- INR 45,000.
