K.L Mehta Dayanand college for Women, owes its inception to the inspiration which Swami Dayanand put in our hearts. The college rang its first bell in 1970 with the motive of providing higher education to the girls. It is considered one of the premier women education institutions of Haryana. The college in the course of time has become a pride of faridabad as it evident from the accreditation done by NAAC - A UGC sponsored autonomous body. The institution is progressing and rendering invaluable help to impart all round development of the students in faridabad.
The college has affilation in Humanities, Commerce, Science and Home science. Besides this, the college is running various Self-Financing Courses, such as, M.A. (pol. Sc.), M. Com., M. Sc. (computer Science), B.C.A., B.B.A., B.Sc. Biotechnology, B.Com with computer application, B.Com. (Hons) & various Add-on courses like, Early Childhood care and education, Fashion Designing and Accountin on Computer etc.

To make our students self reliant and to encourage entrepreneurship, college has started various vocational courses. These are part time courses which students can opt along with their graduation, students from any stream can be enrolled in these courses. These courses are:
I am a B. SC. Biotechnology 1st-year student and my fee is only INR 28000 rupees per year. And it is your wish either want to pay a one-semester fee or yearly fee. Each year are having 2 semesters INR 14000 for 1 semester.Similarly, all different streams are having the different fee structure. Highest fee is of biotechnology stream only, but the students who score above 85 are also rewarded by scholarship.
