KIIT School of Fashion Technology was established in 2009. The college is affiliated with KIIT (Deemed to be University). It is a Centre of excellence with creative exposures, well-researched teaching methodology, conceptualization skills and technical expertise, qualitative education, Industry Linkages, intellectually stimulating cosmopolitan environment. The college offers a four-year Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Textile Design in which 1 year is the Foundation Program followed by 3 years of Specialization. Selection of the candidates in the college is on the basis of the KIIT Entrance Examination.

• Bachelor of Design (Fashion) Eligibility Criteria is passed in 10th +2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board with 50% marks in aggregate should have been born on or after 01.07.1997.
• Bachelor of Design (Textile) Eligibility Criteria is passed in 10th +2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board with 50% marks in aggregate should have been born on or after 01.07.1997.

KIIT Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is the All India Entrance Examination conducted by KIIT, Bhubaneswar for admission into various courses of KIIT.
