Keystone Group’s Creativity & Leadership Project is a multi-disciplinary effort designed to provide students with opportunities to put their innovative ideas into practice. Open to all students, the project helps to prepare students for the challenges of implementing their own as well as great business opportunity ideas through, concept-development funding, mentored experiential opportunities, workshops, internships, and lectures by alumni and practitioners.

Workshops: our workshop series challenges students to develop their entrepreneurial skill set and apply their academic and co-curricular interests in new ways through structured workshops that teach concrete skills while creatively engaging participants. Workshop topics would include proposal writing, business plan development, public presentation, and more..

Test Drive: The “Entrepreneur in Making” is an intensive program designed to provide exceptionally creative and motivated Keystone students with a dynamic environment in which to explore and develop sound business ideas. The program supports students with a wide variety of ambitions, including starting a grassroots organization, offering a new product or service, launching a tour, commercializing a discovery, and more.

Funding: The “Entrepreneur Grant” program is one where Management team would make monetary grants and/or
invest in equity stakes of deserving graduating seniors. Students benefit from funding, mentoring by leading entrepreneurs, and peer support. This program award innovative, motivated, and prepared Keystone students the unparalleled opportunity to move their entrepreneurial ideas from concept to reality. Ventures may be driven by profit or social motives (or both), but should include a model for addressing a demonstrated need or demand and a feasible strategy for financial sustainability.
