Placements & Internships:

Training and Placement cell is headed by Prof Mr Karthik Pilli, Chairman, KIOMS.
This department takes care of training needs of the students of KIOMS by imparting necessary training in soft skills and also aptitude training to improve their employability. This cell takes care of   industry internship placements and also final placements. It also monitors the foreign study tour proposed for the students by exposing them to the international corporate practices and also to train them on diversity management by planning out suitable training module for managing diversity. This cell will be maintaining the necessary liaison with the industry and also takes care of Industry visits, Live  projects, Guest lectures from the practitioners from the industry.

This cell also takes care of identifying MDPs and other training programmes for industry professionals on topics like Selling skills, Wealth Management, Corporate communication, MIS etc.

KIOMS aims at introducing some job oriented certificate programmes for the young graduates and also skill development programmes for the working people to improve their knowledge levels and also application of concepts of management

This cell involves student representatives to give the necessary exposure to the industry for their professional improvement.

KIOMS prepares Industry internship brochure with the profile of the institution and also profiles of the students who are seeking two-month industry internship at the end of their first year. KIOMS also prepared final placement brochure containing the profiles of the students along with their specialisation so that it helps the corporate to have the first-hand information about the institution as well as the student profiles. Video resumes will be hosted on the website for the recruiters to have preliminary look at the students and their presentability.

It is KIOMS aim and wishes that recruiters should feel satisfied with the quality and attitude of the products of KIOMS. To realise this wish, KIOMS prepares its students in this direction from the day one.
