JS Colleges are located on 4-lane National Highway 7 connecting Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari. The campus is just 15 minutes away from Tirunelveli New Bus stand between the villages of Ponnakudi and Muntradaippu. It is opposite to Sengulam Railway Station, one stop away from Tirunelveli Junction. It is 5 minutes away from the new Special Economic Zone for electronic industries built near Nanguneri. College vehicles are operated to and from Tirunelveli and Muntradaippu in the morning and evening to pick up and drop off students and staff.

A large reservoir located at the rear of the campus ensures that the campus gets year round water. High quality of the air is indicated by the presence of numerous bird species in the vicinity.
