JIS School of Polytechnic Scholarship Details

Fees & Scholarships :

Fees & Scholarships : JIS School of Polytechnic, [JISSP] Kolkata Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 36,000 per year. Scholarships such as NSP, SVMCMS, POST MATRIC, etc are available for the students. Around 70% of students get a scholarship. Loans are not needed.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria and admission procedure are so long. At first JEXPO Entrance qualified, then counselling and college choice and admission. No, l haven't given any entrance exam. I don't know about the typical cut-offs for my course. 

Placements & Internships : No, l haven't had any stipend and internships. LNT, M. Finance, Chatterjee travels, DET, etc hired students from our college. The average salary is Rs 190000 per year and the highest salary is Rs 480000 per year. 86% of students of the batch get placed. Alumni network is not available.

Academics & Faculty : The class timings are 1 hr per class. Project timings 2 hr per class, assignment timings 3 hr per class. Good quality and method of teaching. l haven't had any experience in college, as I am a new student.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 boys and 1 girls hostel. The hostel fee is Rs 6000 per month. There are many PGs. The PG Fees are Rs 4500 per month. Good quality food is available in the college canteen. The overall infrastructure of the college is good.

Clubs & Associations : There are enough student societies, clubs and associations on campus. Management is the main festival. Life in college is simple.
