Computer Science Lab

Students can access uninterrupted internet round the clock. The Internet lab has Broad band with 500 systems of the latest configurations to avoid jostling of students and faculty in the lab.

The institute has a language lab offering effective training to improve the communication skill, conversion reading and listening comprehensive etc. Students are also given training in IELTS/TOFEL/GRE etc.

Electronics & Microprocessor Lab

The Institution has an Electronics lab equipped with modern PIC microcontroller interfacing kits, sufficient Cathode Ray Oscilloscopes (CRO), Advanced Audio Frequency Oscillators (AFO) and fully digitalized power supply units. Many real time oriented trainer kits is used to interface hardware and software. The television demonstrator kits is used in this lab make the students to understand the every block of TV. The Electronic modulation kits are provided to make audio broadcasting. The latest electrical and electronic measuring instruments are provided for precious measuring. The individual electronic apparatus are provided to all students to enhance individual practical skill.

Biotech Lab

The Department of Biotechnology was established in the year 2003 with a view of imparting scientific innovations. The department has well qualified dedicated and experienced faculty members. The aim of the department is to promote the quality and value based education through practical skills and advanced biotechnology research which makes a student as a renovator to seek remedy for the future with “A MISSION AND A VISION”.

The Department has facilities with well Modernized Equipment, Measuring Units and advanced Trainer kits to equip the students with the recent Scientific Knowledge. The department proudly presents its achievements by the way of academics, research and co-curricular activities for the past 10 years. 8 batches of students have passed out with flying colors and got placed in various Pharma industries and R&D laboratories. Frequent seminars, workshops (In campus, Out Campus), guest lectures and industrial visits are held every academic year. Department students are encouraged to present papers on various fields in National Seminars, to attend the Summer Training, Mini Projects etc. The Department releases the monthly magazines “BIOMERITZ” with recent scientific information.

Chemistry Lab

The Department has “Modern and well equipped laboratory facilities” for the students. The Department also offers the chance to the students to do small projects to develop the “Research Attitude” in the undergraduate level itself. In our college we have two chemistry laboratories. We have got experienced faculties to guide the students towards fulfillment. During practical’s a minute attention and complete care is given to each and every individual student. In our laboratories all the necessary equipments like “UV spectrometer, Hot air oven, Vacuum pump, Distillation Unit, De-Ioniser” and the rest are there in good condition.

Physics Lab

In our prestigious institution the department of Physics was installed in the year 2004 and a well furnished hi-tech lab with a back of experience and efficiency was established to cater the need of our students. It undertook a lot of the art programmes like symposia, seminars, workshops and paper presentations for the better understanding of physics.

Canteen

Uninterrupted power supply, RO water, Telephone facilities, Modern kitchen equipments (Dosa Maker, Chappathi Maker, etc) have been installed and the food is served in a hygienic condition, Separate menu is available for students from different states and Special food is given to the sick students as per doctor’s advice.

Conference Hall

Jairam college provides its students exposure to national and international knowledge experts through regular national and international conferences / symposia and workshops hosted on campus.
