ISDC Placement Details

ISDC placement drives have been successfully placing students in reputed companies. The college has a placement cell that acts as an interface between the students and the corporate world. The Iswar Saran Degree College placement cell organises placement training sessions and drives. The cell conducted a mega Job Mela on February 15, 2020. A total of 99 students have been placed from the 400 students who participated in the ISDC’s Job Mela. The college is yet to release placement data like ISDC highest package, the percentage of students placed, etc.

Companies from multiple sectors participate in ISDC placements. Maruti Suzuki, Piramal Foundation, Bajaj Alliance, ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Azim Premji Foundation, Times Pro, etc., recruited ISDC students. Some of the companies that participated in ISDC placement drives are given below.

ISDC Placement Cell

The ISDC placement cell, known as Career and Guidance Cell, was established in 2005. The cell was later reconstructed as the Training and Placement Cell. The main aim of the placement cell at ISDC is to provide the best placement opportunities available for students. Along with providing placement opportunities, the cell also aims to extract and nurture students' employability skills. Iswar Saran Degree College placement cell organises various events to expose students to multiple career opportunities.

The cell has collaborated with various firms, like Career Launcher, IILM, Franklin India, etc., to conduct career guidance workshops for students. The ISDC placement cell associated with MEDHA and  Mahindra Pride School (MPC) to organise Career Advancement Boot Camp and communication skills and personality development workshop, respectively.
