Library

Library is the brain-trust of any good Institution. Believing in the dictum "Knowledge is power", IITR has set up a well equipped Library, developed as a great Learning Resource Centre, comprising books, CD-ROMs / DVDs, Multimedia packages, Video films etc. The Library is well stacked with the latest edition of books and journals in various fields of science, technology, management & humanities. It also subscribes to books & journals on competition and career development.

Computer Center

IITR Computer center has adequate state of art internationally branded Pentium Dual core computers; with 15 inches TFT screen; installed with advanced operating systems & applications, HCLserver. Students have the choice of Windows (XP, Vista, etc) or Linux Operating system at IITR. The computer lab has been set-up under the guidance of expert professionals; so to provide maximum benefit & flexibility to the students.

Canteen

At IITR, canteen is provided for its students and staff which offers variety of vegetarian food on demand.

Hostel

Hostel life helps a student cultivate the virtues of self-dependence, independent thinking cooperative spirit and managerial capabilities. IITR has, therefore, provided residential accommodation separately for both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are spacious, well ventilated and fully furnished with beds, study tables, chairs and cupboards. The Hostel Mess provides nutritious and hygienically prepared meals and clean drinking water to the residents. The hostel working committee comprising the Director, the Chief Warden, the Wardens and the Resident representatives (both male and female) deliberate upon and address the issues related to hostels at regular intervals. Besides this, the Hostels have 24 hours power backup and security arrangements.

Labs

IITR Laboratories are well equipped with latest equipment. The Institute boasts of having excellent laboratories comparable to the best in the country, keeping in mind the latest trends of Industry. The Computer Engineering department possesses several Computers and is equipped with latest softwares.

Medical Care

IITR has set up a First-aid centre in order to attend to the unforeseen medical emergencies, on a 24x7 pattern within the campus.

Transport

IITR has a fleet of busses of its own to ferry students staying outside the campus from places like Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Palwal* and Delhi* . The transport staff is well trained, courteous and well behaved. The facility is also extended to the students and faculty for attending conferences, seminars, educational tours and cultural functions.
