IIITNR Admission 

• Candidates under Chhattisgarh quota must have 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) in their 12th standard examination.

• Eligibility for all India category and NTPC quota is as per Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) guidelines.

• Interested applicants have to apply for JEE examination to apply at International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur.

• All the processes are online for International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur admissions 2024.

• Interested students need to fill up the application form online.

• All the details need to be filled with a signature and a recent photocopy attached to it.

• These documents need to be attached:

  • 10th pass Mark Sheet

  • 12th pass Mark Sheet

  • JEE (Main) Rank card

  • Caste certificate wherever applicable

  • FF/ST/PWD certificate wherever applicable

  • Ward of NTPC employee certificate wherever applicable

• The fee of the form must be paid at last.

• The list of selected students for this course will be published online.

• For CG State quota and NTPC quota candidates need to bring these documents:

  • 10th Pass Mark Sheet

  • 12th Pass Mark Sheet

  • Transfer Certificate

  • Character Certificate

  • Migration Certificate, if applicable

  • Blood Group Certificate

  • PWD certificate, if applicable

  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable

  • Ex-Servicemen/Freedom Fighter certificate, (For CG State quota)

  • NTPC employee ward certificate (For NTPC quota)

• All India quota students will follow the JoSAA instructions.

• After finishing all the verification, admission fee must be deposited.

M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering :

• With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / equivalent in an appropriate area or M.Sc (Computer Science / Information Technology) candidates can apply at IIIT, Naya Raipur.

• Any Graduates from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science & Engineering or MCA from a recognized Institution are eligible.

• Also, with M.Sc (Mathematics / Mathematics & Computing / Statistics) from a recognized Institution, with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or First Class in the qualifying degree, and a valid GATE scorecard students can apply.

• Relaxation of 5% marks / 0.5 CPI for SC/ST/PWD applicants is available.

M.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering :

• Students with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Equivalent or M.Sc (Electronics) or Graduates from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering are eligible.

• A valid GATE score in ECE is needed at the time of admission.

• For SC/ST/PWD applicants, relaxation of 5% marks / 0.5 CPI is available.

Ph.D

• Students need to have a first class both in Bachelor's degree and Master's degree to apply at IIIT, Naya Raipur.

• Applicants under the Individual Fellowship category should have qualified CSIR / UGC / DAE / NBHM / DST / DBT / ICAR / ICMR / ICPR or secured funding from such an agency.

• Applicants under the Sponsored (Full-time) category must be a regular employee of the sponsoring organization with at least two years of professional experience in the respective field.

• Applicants under On-deputation category should have at least two years of professional experience in the respective field.

M.Tech

• Candidates can fill and submit the applications online.

• A separate application needs to be submitted for each discipline.

• After successful submission of the application form, students will receive an application number and a link to download the application form.

• These documents need to be uploaded online (while filling the application form):

  • 10th pass Mark Sheet

  • 12th pass Mark Sheet

  • Qualifying degree / transcript / course completion / provisional certificate / Pass certificate

  • Valid GATE Score Card

  • Caste certificate wherever applicable

  • FF/PWD certificate wherever applicable

  • Ward of NTPC employee certificate wherever applicable.

• Candidates are advised to save the application form and furnish a hardcopy of the application form and self-attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of admission and counseling.

Ph.D

• Students can find the application form and information brochure on the Institute website.

• They need to submit the PDF of the completed and duly signed the application form before the due date.

• It is necessary to attach the following documents with the application form:

  • Self-attested copies of testimonials (Education, Work experience, National level Tests).

  • Self-attested copy of Certificate for Reservation category (OBC/SC/ST/PWD), if applicable.

  • Copy of Application Fee Payment Receipt.

  • For Sponsored/ Project staff/ Institute staff, provide sponsorship letter and no objection form in a specific format.

• After finishing the form, payment of the application form must be done.

M.Tech

• Admission to this course at International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur is merit-based on the GATE score.

• The merit list of selected candidates will appear on the official website of the Institute.

• Those who are offered admission are required to report to the Institute on the notified dates with the originals and photocopies of the following documents:

  • Application form Print out

  • 10th Marks Sheet and Pass Certificate

  • 12th Marks Sheet and Pass Certificate (if provided by respective Board)

  • Transfer Certificate

  • Migration Certificate

  • Character Certificate

• On the day of admission, the fee of the course must be deposited.

Ph.D

• Admission to these courses is based on merit-based.

• Applicants should check the Institute website for results / important announcements/updates regularly.

• The institute shall communicate the list of shortlisted candidates through email only.

• Candidates called for Written test/Interview should bring the following documents with them:

  • Printout of the online application form

  • Photo ID Card.

  • One set photocopies of all the attachments

  • Originals of certificates and mark sheets.

  • M.Tech/ME Thesis / dissertation / report.

  • Print out of two best publications representing his/her research background.

  • Contact details of two referees

• After the verification of all the documents, payment of the admission fee must be done.
