Infrastructure Facilities at Institute of Advanced Research, [IAR] Gandhinagar:

Library

• The University stocks books and journals of academic and complementary interests
• Internet, photocopying, printing and scanning facilities are available 

Hostel

• Separate hostels are available for boys and girls
• The accommodation is on sharing basis and has all necessary amenities
• The accommodation consists of a bed, mattress, pillow, side table, and cupboard
• Hot water for bathing and Wifi is available   
• Mess facilities are available in the hostel

Canteen:

• The canteen is available for all students and staff consisting of vegetarian food 

Computer Center

• The University has a dedicated computer center where students are free to access the facilities as per their convenience

Internet

• Broadband internet facilities are available in the main building and hostel
• Higher bandwidth can be made available to students on a payment basis

Transport

• The University provides transport facilities to students coming from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
• This is being done on payment through a partnership with a neighboring institution

• Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available on the campus 
• Volleyball, cricket and athletics are the most frequently conducted
