• Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology admission is applicable for both GATE and NON-GATE candidate with B.Tech/ BE in ECE/ EE (and its allied area) or MSc in electronics with CGPA of at least 7.00 out of 10 or 65% marks
• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ CW category must have a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10 or 60% in their qualifying degree
• Candidates qualifying the last year of their program and who accept to complete all their qualifying degree before the date of registration are also eligible to apply for admission
• There are 7 seats reserved for the Non-GATE candidate
• Assistantship for M.Tech students will be paid through AICTE- Direct benefit transfer (DBT) directly to the student,s account as per the approval of MHRD, Government of India for 2 years from the date of starting of the classes
