Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are to pass 12th standard and admissions are on the basis of entrance exam conducted every year in July. The entrance exam conducted is B.Sc. Nursing entrance exam. To get admission one have to pass the entrance exam with 50% or above.

Academics & Faculty : The class timings in Sister Nivedita Govt Nursing College ,IGMC Shimla are from 9:30am to 4pm.  The quality of teaching is good. My overall experience in the college was good.  

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels. The fees are Rs 10,000. There are PGs also available around the college. The quality of food is good. The quality of classroom in Sister Nivedita Govt Nursing College ,IGMC Shimla is good.

Clubs & Associations : Life at Sister Nivedita Govt Nursing College ,IGMC Shimla is hectic and stressful but depends on individual how to deal with stress.
