ICAD Pune has had a Training and Placement cell since its inception, and it has become a standard practice of the institute to meet the needs of architectural offices and end clients by providing qualified, marketable, and job-ready professionals. The Traing and Placement Official makes consistent efforts to create links with industries and connections with institutions of higher learning. In addition, the institute takes every possible step to ensure that its students are marketable and equipped for their chosen careers. The Placement Department's mission is to ensure improved employability through activities such as psychometric testing and career counselling. During the covid pandemic, 80 percent of student internship positions even before the semester began.
