Hostel: IITTM Gwalior hostel provides separate accommodation facilities for girls and boys. The hostel provides all the basic amenities and security to students. The institute also maintains a small guest house on the campus, including fully furnished AC rooms.

Computer Lab

• The faculty members, students and staff are provided with a networked node to access digital technologies. The Computer Centre is equipped with generic software packages like SPSS, Flash, Ms-Office, Tally, and industry-specific software, among which students widely use Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• In addition, internet facilities are provided to the faculty and students for academic purposes.

Auditorium: The IITTM Gwalior auditorium can accommodate 600 individuals at a time. The auditorium is used to deliver lectures by experts and corporate personalities and organise cultural events of the institution.

Library

• IITTM Gwalior facilitates a well-stocked library with a primary focus to provide students, faculty members, and researchers with all the needful reference material on a wide range of tourism and other related subjects. 
• The primary aim of the IITTM Gwalior library is to equip them with books authored by well-known foreign and Indian experts on tourism and related disciplines. 
• It has more than 9521 books and a wide range of collections of magazines, periodicals, journals, video cassettes, and audiotapes available in the Gwalior library.
• The institute has subscribed to more than 150 nationals and international journals, periodicals in hard copy, and more than 250 journals in electronic mode. 
• IITTM Gwalior library resources are considered one of the best management and Tourism in South Asia.
