Infrastructure at Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research [IISERs], Mohali:

Library:

• The library space of IISER Mohali is applauded not only for its aesthetic ambience but also for its astonishing infrastructure.
• IISER library epitomizes the spirit of the institute and is situated in the Informatics Centre.
• The library has books, journals, databases from various fields of study like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Earth/Environmental Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences.

Computer Centre:

• The computer centre of IISER Mohali is based on open source & Linux platforms with special software for development and research purposes. 

Counselling Service:

• Considering the stressful experience for the students, IISER Mohali has set up the counselling service for students.
• A mentoring system involving senior students as well as faculty members has also been active.
• Every first-year student is allotted, two student mentors.
• The students are encouraged to remain in regular contact with their mentors and apprise them of their progress and their problems with them.

Sports Facilities:

• IISER Mohali has a sports complex with both indoor and outdoor facilities.
• The facilities include Athletics track, BasketBall Court, Throwball & Volleyball Court, Badminton & Table Tennis, Chess and a huge ground to play Cricket, Football, Kabbadi and Kho Kho.

Health Centre

• The Health Centre of the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali provides health care to the institute community comprising of students, staff and their families.

Visitors Hostel:

• IISER Mohali provides Accommodation Facility for the faculties and the visitors.
