IIM Ahmedabad hostel facilities are provided to both boys and girls. There is also hostel accommodation for single and married students within the campus. IIM Ahmedabad offers a well-equipped accommodation facility to the students in a homely and proactive environment.

The IIM Ahmedabad hostel is divided into dorms. There are 34 dorms, out of which 16 are on the new campus. The dorms are divided into 3-4 floors, with 30-40 students accommodated. Students can also change their hostel rooms at the end of the academic year.

IIM Ahmedabad Boys Hostel

IIM Ahmedabad has a boys hostel. Most of the boys’ dorms are on the new campus of IIM Ahmedabad. The rooms are allocated on a random basis. The boys’ hostel has all facilities like television, internet access, bathrooms, refrigerator, air conditioners, etc. Students can also opt for fully-furnished hostel rooms.

IIM Ahmedabad Girls Hostel

IIM Ahmedabad provides girls’ hostel facilities. The girls’ hostel is on the old campus. There is security outside each dormitory of the girl hostel, and anyone who wishes to enter must carry their ID cards. The facilities available in the girls’ hostel are 24/7 internet access, washing machine, television, microwave oven, etc.
