Established in 2014 by MHRD, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Una (IIIT-U or IIIT Una) is an institute of National Importance. This public-private institute is one of the newly established institutes under the Public-Private Partnership Scheme and is, therefore, being mentored by NIT Hamirpur. IIIT Una offers a full-time four-year BTech program in three specializations.

IIIT Admission 2020

IIIT Una offers admission in online mode through its official website. The application process usually commences in February. In order to seek admission to the BTech program offered at the institute, candidates need to appear for JEE Main followed by Joint Seat Allocation Authority counseling. The final seat allotment is done through seven rounds of JoSAA counseling. The remaining vacant seats are filled through special rounds of CSAB counseling. IIIT Una offers age relaxation of five years for SC and ST candidates interested in seeking BTech admission.
