Interniships :-
SIPs are aimed at providing students with a practical training in an industry so as to gain experience as well as understand their strengths and areas of improvement. The whole process involves not only the CDC but also the mentors who understand the mentees and can suggest appropriate areas of internship. The mentors and the CDC staff constantly monitor the experience and the programme is concluded with a viva of the student in the presence of their industrial mentor.
Recruitments :-
With the vision and philosophy of making our students employable in terms of necessary skills and attitudes, the “Placement process” at IILM strives to engage some of the best recruiters from across the country. Pre-placement talks are organized on campus wherein recruiters introduce students to their companies, the job profiles they offer and the job skills required. This enables the students to narrow down on the companies of their interst and jobs that they are most suited for.
