ICFAI Business School, Dehradun offers a 2 year MBA program in various specializations. Candidates are expected to confirm their eligibility for the course prior to applying for it. IBS Dehradun Entrance Exam 2023

IBS Dehradun offers MBA program to its students. The aspirants need to fulfill all the necessary eligibility conditions in order to qualify for admission. For MBA Admissions, the aspirants should appear for CAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT by GMAC and secure a valid score in the same. Alternatively, they can also sit for IBSAT which is a computer-based MCQ test.

The aspirants are tested on their aptitude involving quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, and analytical reasoning. However, the candidates obtaining a minimum cutoff score are exempted from sitting for IBSAT 2023. The cutoff for the entrance tests is listed below.

IBSAT 2023

• The IBSAT Entrance Test is organized by the ICFAI Foundation For Higher Education for students seeking admission to MBA and Ph.D at IBS Hyderabad.
• Candidates who may or may not have appeared for the management entrance tests like CAT/XAT/NMAT by GMAC/GMAT are eligible to appear in IBSAT 2023.
• The last date to apply for IBSAT is December 16, 2023.
• The IBSAT 2023 is scheduled to be held in the last week of December 2023.
• The dates for IBSAT 2023 are December 23, 2023, and December 24, 2023, respectively.
• The IBSAT 2023 Results will be declared in the first week of January 2024.
• Also, the selection briefings will be given by the second week of January 2024.

National Mock Test (NMT)

• In order to make the students practice for the final IBSAT 2023 test, IBS organizes free NMT every year.
• It is a great opportunity for the students to understand the exam pattern, competition, and time management well before appearing for the final exam.
• One must be a legal resident of India with a valid email address and internet access in order to appear for NMT.
• Graduates who are pass-outs from the year 2021-2023 or the students going to pass in 2024 are eligible to appear for this test.
• Prices amounting to INR 10,000 would be distributed to the first rank holder.
• Students acquiring ranks from 2nd to 100th position would be getting gift cards worth INR 2000 each.

The application form cost is INR 1800. The candidates would receive a mail/SMS with the application number and password once the transaction is completed successfully.

Steps to apply for IBS Dehradun 2023

• Step 1: Visit the IBS Dehradun official website.
• Step 2: One can apply for the MBA Program using the online application link.
• Step 3: After the screen opens, on the first screen, the student will see two boxes – “Application no” and “Password” 
• Step 4: The student would have received an email indicating the student’s application number and password. the student may log in using the application number and password, that is to be entered
• Step 5: On entering a valid login ID and password the student will be taken to the next section, which is “Change your password”.
• Step 6: On logging in with the student’s new password the student will be taken to the next session which is filling up the "PGPM/MBA- Online Application form
• Step 7: In this section, the student will enter the student’s contact details, program information, and past academic record details.
• Step 8: Once the student is done entering his information, they are supposed to choose “I Agree” to the declaration statement and submit the form.
