The Training and Placement Cell helps all the students by providing a wide range of career- related events. Students are encouraged to use the service from early in their course of study, that will match their skills and aspirations.


The college is committed in preparing students for an emerging and changing business scenario. Students are provided with experience that will not only equip them with the knowledge, skills and abilities for a future career, but also a practical professional experience through the in-plant training, workshop and various seminars.

In this era of technological advancement, the education a student receives must be focused towards the needs and requirement of the Industry. To achieve this, our College has become a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry. Southern Chapter and Center for University Industry Collaboration, Anna University. The center helps us to contact various organizations both public and private sector and promotes Industry - institute interaction.

Training Methodology:

Training is an important tool for the placements as these will help the students to know and get prepared to enter the corporate world. We have special training programs for students starting from Semester 1 which will go parallel with the academics till the 100% placements. The program is called CAREER CONNECT PLACEMENT ORIENTED TRAINING PROGRAM.

 Students are given coaching by one of the best training institute in the industry. Our students are trained in the areas like Business English, personality development, Grooming, Resume writing, Communication skills, Group discussions, Technical and Personal interview skills which are required for getting suitable jobs and also in the area of aptitude according to different company requirements.

We are working more closely to mould the generations of students to make such resounding global impact. The Need of the hour is to work with multi-cultural themes with a global mindset, have a Can-Do attitude, be flexible, demonstrate high levels of business etiquette and commitment, workshop quality, continually learn new things and reinvent one-self without compromising on ethics and value systems.
