Guru Ravidas Ayurved University infrastructure is spread over 33 acres of land at Kharkan, Hoshiarpur, in Punjab. The academic block alone is spread across 5 acres of land. In addition, GRAU is equipped with wifi facilities, security and residential facilities that allow students to have an excellent learning experience. Hostel: Guru Ravidas Ayurved University hostel facilities are provided separately for girls and boys. There is a capacity to accommodate 102 boys and 86 girls in the hostels. The hostels are air-conditioned and furnished with all the required amenities for the students to stay comfortably. In addition, the hostel staff and the students maintain safety and cleanliness.

Library: Guru Ravidas Ayurved University has a library that has an impressive collection of books, research materials, periodicals, magazines and journals. Students can borrow two books at once from the library for academic purposes. The Guru Ravidas Ayurved University library has books on Ayurveda, acupuncture and other medical branches. The computers present in the library are accessible to students for research and academic purposes.

Sports Facilities: Sports are an important part of the curriculum of GRAU. Students often participate in various sports events and tournaments. The Guru Ravidas Ayurved University infrastructure includes two international swimming pools, a basketball court, a track for outdoor games and an Astroturf pitch.
