Students who wish to pursue GTU Pharm.D must fulfill the minimum eligibilty criteria as mentioned below. .

Educational Qualification	Required Eligibility
Completed 12th	Must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Mathematics or Biology as additional subjects

80% of seats: For 10+2 passed students of Gujarat with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology
10% of seats: For D. Pharm. Students
10% of seats: For the students of other states of India
The seats shall be reserved for the candidates who are of Gujarat origin and falling under the categories of Scheduled Castes (7%), Scheduled Tribes (15%), Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, including widows and orphans of any Caste (27%). Reservation for Physically Disabled Candidates (3%) and for the children of Defence Personals and Ex-Servicemen
