SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE

GOVERNMENT GIRLS COLLEGE IS BEING A GIRL'S COLLEGE THE ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD BUT THE MANAGEMENT HAS SOME OF THE VERY UNEXPECTED RULES LIKE GIRL'S ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR SHORTS OR SHELVES LESS IN THE COLLEGE.
OVERALL ENVIRONMENT IS FRIENDLY. THERE ARE STRICT RULES FOR SECURITY OF GIRL'S.
THE CAMPUS IS FREE FROM SMOKING AND ALCOHOL.
THE COLLEGE IS SITUATED IN SECTOR 14 OF GURGAON WHICH MEANS IT IS CONNECTED TO ALL THE HAPPENING THINGS.
THERE ARE GOOD MALL, RESTAURANTS NEAR THE CAMPUS.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY

THE ACADEMICS IS JUST FINE AT GOVERNMENT GIRLS COLLEGE FOR THOSE WHO WANTS TO JUST GET THEIR GRADUATION DEGREE.
THE CLASSES STARTS FROM 9 AND CONTINUE TILL 4:00.
REGULAR TESTS ARE TAKEN BUT THERE IS NO EMPHASIS ON ASSIGNMENTS.
NO SERIOUS PROJECT WORK IS GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS.
THERE ARE MANY COURSES AVAILABLE FOR GIRL'S.
THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IS GOOD.
THERE IS LAB FACILITY ARE AVAILABLE TO THE STUDENTS.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE & INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE

THERE IS NO INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE FOR THE STUDENTS AT GOVERNMENT GIRLS COLLEGE.
THE MAIN LANGUAGE OF TEACHING IS HINDI AND ENGLISH BOTH.
TEACHERS INTERACT WITH STUDENTS IN BOTH THE LANGUAGES AND STUDENTS ARE ALSO FREE TO INTERACT WITH TEACHERS IN WHATEVER LANGUAGE THEY FEEL LIKE.

Brief History of College:-

College was Started Under the department of Higher Education M.P. Govt. Plan opening of at least one girls college in each district of M.P.Previously it was started in private schoolBuilding .In thisseries college waseastablished in 1984.At the time ofpening the college had only one faculty with arts subject.The subjects wereHIndi ,English , Political Science,Sociology , Economics, Urdu & Home Science with one sanctioned post in each subject.In1992 the present building was built.This is the only girls college inwhole district feeding the need of Urban Areas.

Aims & Objectives of Establishment

To give a look of various dimension of higher education and try our level best for over all development of students.
To improve the mental and physical ability of students.
Try to educate in the direction of self-confidence , independence & Job- oriented Field.To developed discipline and moral values for personality development of students .

Government Girls College, [GGC] Sehore Infrastructure & Facilities

Library

The students, regularly admitted in the college, are provided facility of borrowing two books at a time for two weeks. Under Govt. Scheme, there is a separate Book Bank for S.C. and S.T. students, who are given books for full academic session. Subscriptions are regularly made to journals and magazines along with daily newspaper, which are displayed in the reading room for the benefit of students. Some of the important magazines subscribed by the college are :-Rachana Partiyogita Darpan, Partiyogita Pravesh, Partiy
