Why Join Global Institute For Corpoarate Education
Flip Learning Method: The flip learning method, invented in Stanford University, is a unique teaching methodology which reverses the learning process. In the traditional method, the students are taught theoretical concepts in class and application to be derived at home. However, in the flip learning method, the students learn the concepts at home and discuss the application in the classroom. Students receive instant feedback in the class and also the questions jotted down by each student from their study are answered individually.
Collaborative Learning Method: In this method, a group of students come together to study or learn along with the instructor as opposed to the traditional method of learning. With this as core learning method, the students are able to optimize their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. GICE observed that the students who study on their own tend to lose motivation due to the monotony and lose interest over a period of time. By implementing the collaborative learning methodology, the students tend to be more focused and pro-active as they study in a group.
