Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

M.Tech (Biotechnology):

• Candidates should have completed there B.Tech Biotechnology/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech Chemical/ M.Sc at least should have to maintain a minimum 60% aggregate of marks from the recognized university

M.Tech (Civil Engineering):

• Candidates should have completed there B.E/ B.Tech Civil Engineering at least should have to maintain a minimum 60% aggregate of marks from the recognized university

M.Tech (Computer Science Engineering):

• Candidates should have completed there B.E/ B.Tech in any branch at least should have to maintain a minimum 60% aggregate of marks from the recognized university

M.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering):

• Candidates should have completed there B.E/ B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering at least should have to maintain a minimum 60% aggregate of marks from the recognized university

M.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering):

Merit Scholarship offered for by way of tuition fee waiver for top 100 rankers of GAT:

• Merit-Cum Scholarship will be awarded to 5% of students in each department
