The training & placement division is called as CACHE which spreads to Centre for Advancement of Career and Human Excellence. The training imparted to students from their freshman year till they are placed is aimed at shaping the individuals into not just employable but to be an asset to their employers. We at Geethanjali believe that change that is instant is not permanent. It should be slow and spread over a period of time to be true. The two in-house full time trainers ensure that the training classes are planned to this effect.
Various innovative methods of teaching are implemented to make learning an enjoyable experience for the students. The run of the mill syllabus completion classes are a contrast to what happens at CACHE. A special syllabus is planned keeping in view the industry requirements and constraints of regular syllabus. The focus of training is on Communication Skills, Aptitude, and Soft Skills, developing the Confidence of Students, improving their Body Language, inculcating Creativity and into making them responsible individuals. A special collection of books is maintained at CACHE to lure students to books and the healthy habit of reading.
Our Campus Recruitment Training Programme
Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology in association with T.I.M.E. runs a comprehensive student development programme with an objective to build employability skills of our students. The program focuses on honing various personality and problem solving skills.
Backed with the belief that learning is a gradual and constant process, the program design and delivery are aimed at creating interest in students and also gauge their progress on respective skills. The program initially focuses on building their basic language and communication skills. During the later stages of the program, the areas of aptitude (Quantitative, Verbal & Logical Ability) are covered. Students are given an opportunity to take a Psychometric Test with an objective to asses their interpersonal skills, abilities, attitudes and personality traits.
Apart from all the training the students are provided with, soft-skills training with practice (Mock Interviews and Group Discussions) will give them the edge to make their way to the final selection of any recruitment drive.
In addition to the entire training and practice in the program, Mock tests and Company specific test patterns would impart confidence to face the competitive world.
