The institute is spread over a vast expanse of 35 acres. The entire campus was a mango orchard before construction began, and the promoters took full care in retaining that natural beauty.

The campus is planned to be fully developed in 5 phases over a period of 4 years. The currently completed phase 1 consists of a massive four story structure in the lush green atmosphere with a carpet area of 6000 square meter. This also includes a 1000 square meter workshop.
