We have designed wide range of training programmes for engineering and Business Management Students. Students of various branches of Engineering have different requirements for trainings according to their course and subjects. Engineering is a field in which theoretical knowledge is of no good use until one is not aware of the practical aspect of the things he/she has learnt. Technology is growing day by day and so are the requirements of the world. It becomes imperative to be at the higher end of education in order to excel in life. Engineering students also require ample work experience during the course of their program so that they never lack behind in terms of practical knowledge.
E-max Institutes encourages internship programs for students so that they can leverage the benefits of advanced technology in its best form. We concentrate on not only making students acquainted with the latest technology, but also to help them in getting an insight into the world of Engineering & Technology through our industry-intensive programs. Regular Summer Internship Programs or 6 Weeks were arranged by the Training and Placement Cell for Engineering & Management Students. Training Programs of 6 Months were organized for the Students of Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
This training enables them to acquire more practical knowledge of Industry. 6 Weeks In Plant Training provides an industrial exposure to the students as well as to develop their career in the high tech industrial requirements. Various reputed companies like Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, Reliance Communications, Indian Railways, Mahindra & Mahindra, DLF, BHEL, BSNL are providing in plant training to our students. Here students are initially get counseled in order to emerge out their interest in various streams and what are all the basic concepts they know on that domain.
E-max institutions provide intensive training in communication and interpersonal skills two hours per week to all the students during their courses, through Personality Development Programme. The entire course is specialized in discovering, developing and delivering employable talent and personality grooming. It consists of number of activities like group discussions, debates, role play, mock interviews, public speaking, mock conferences, quizzes, seminars etc. We also provide soft skills and behavioral skills training periodically to students through Corporate Trainers. During the soft skills training we assure that the students develop their communication skills.
Overall skills like developing a positive attitude, motivation, communication skills etc are inculcated on a regular basis in students through different activities. T&P Cell follow a student-centric Approach to meet the expectations of the Corporate World. Training activities are organized throughout the year as an effort towards preparing the students for the campus selection programmes. We focus on developing verbal and non-verbal communication of the students. We organize aptitude and psychological tests from time to time to develop overall skills for better employment of the students
