Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for general students is 55% and for SC, ST is 45% at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Degree College It is 3 year degree course. No entrance exams were held. About 80%

Fees & Scholarships : The fee at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Degree College is 1970 rupees. Scholarships are offered to the backward class students of about 5000. No there is no need for loans.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routines is quite good at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Degree College. There is scheduled time for every class, exams are also quite good, for 1st year there are projects and exams. Simple lecturing and dictation in Hindi is quite problematic for English medium students. College life is Average

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are only provided for boys. PGs are quite good. There is no cafeteria in college but there were stalls outside the college along the way. Classrooms are average but labs are well defined and libraries don't carry much books in it, Wi-Fi were quite good 

Clubs & Associations : There were political societies, tribal and regional clubs, Red Cross blood society at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Degree College National festivals were celebrated. Not so good as everyone is busy in talks and chatter
