Institute is located in green city & hub of education of Uttar Pradesh with pollution free environment and 210 Km North-East of Delhi in the green lap of Nature. The green valley is bound in the north by the lower Himalayas, Yamuna and Canga in the west and east, Shiwaliks in the south. The valley offers a salubrious environment, filled with natural beauty, and a lovely climate-all these adding up to a magically conductive environment for learning. Laboratories

Our Vision of the education is based on innovative learning methodologies constant improvement, cultivation of practical skills and an unwavering commitment to academic quality.

• Physics Lab: Physics Lab is compulsory lab for all B.Tech first year students. In this lab students refine       their conceptual knowledge of appl ied physics with the help of state of the Art scientific tools.
• Chemistry Lab: Chemistry Lab is compu Isory lab for all B.Tech first year students. In this lab students refine their       conceptual knowledge of applied chemistry with the help of chemical reagents and othertools.
• Workshop: Engineering students are supposed to be a problem solver; he/she must able to get a glimpse of all kind of work that happens in any kind of industry irrespective of his/her specialization.
• Basic Electrical & Electronic Lab: It has well equipped devices with modern technologies. Bread Broad realization for each specified experiment of Basic Electrical & Electronic Engineering lab so the students can understand all practical aspects of the experiments.
• Computer System Programming Lab: This lab is compulsory to all B.Tech- 1st year students. Students are provided exhaustive exposure on C language, DOS, Microsoft office (Word, Power Point, EXCEL, ACCESS etc), UNIX Commands and the application fundamentals of programming.

Students Accommodation

Increasingly, we find that out-station students are opting for institute accommodation, as they f i nd these adequate with faci I ities to make to feel I ike home.

Boys Hostel

Boys hostel in DCET have one block at present and accommodate more than 100 boys. Each of these rooms is furnished with amenities like a bed with storage, a mattress, a cupboard allocated to each occupant, and a study desk. The boys hostel has its own Gymnasium, indoor sports, common Room provides T.V. The tastefully designed dining hall, equipped with modern and mechanized kitchen.

Girls Hostel

The girls hostels at DCET can easily accommodate more than 100 girls clean, comfortable and homely environs. The furnishings standards and amenities are of high class. Each of these rooms is furnished with amenities like a bed with storage, a mattress, a cupboard allocated to each occupant, and a study desk. The girls hostel has its own indoor sports, common Room provides T.V. The tastefully designed dining hall, equipped with modern and mechanized kitchen

Transport Facilities

Round the clock a public transport system also exists, for the convenience of its staff and students. The institute has its own fleet of buses that ply across all routes of city and its neighboring areas servicing both students and staff.

Cafeteria and Canteen

The main cafeteria, situated in the left wing of the main building, is comparable to any multi-national fast food outlet like that of McDonald's or Domino's. A variety of foods, snacks and beverages are offered at reasonable prices, both on weekdays and weekends.
