Dibrugarh University is located five kilometres south of Dibrugarh town in Raja Beta and is well connected by road, rail, air, and waterways. Conference Hall: Seminars, symposia, and workshops are held in the conference halls. Indira Miri Conference Hall, Bhojraj Seth Conference Hall, Chintan, Vikshan, Aniruddha Dev Bhavan Conference Hall, and Pushpalata Das Conference Hall are important conference halls.

Hostel: The Dibrugarh University hostel offers accommodation facilities to students. There are 16 hostels, each with a limited number of beds. Seats in the hostel are allocated on a merit-based, first-come, first-served basis. According to the university guidelines, students belonging to SC and ST categories have reserved seats in the hostel. The students have access to all required amenities.

Health Care Centre: The health centre offers a free ambulance service 24x7. Two ambulances are available at all times. Medicines are also offered free of charge to the university community.

Laboratories: The Dibrugarh University have labs with hi-tech computers to provide the students with fast, interactive learning.

Library: The Dibrugarh University library is stocked with many books. It also has an e-section for the latest happenings around the globe.

Botanical Garden: The garden space is well protected by a brick boundary wall on the northern side and chain-linked fencing atop the brick boundary wall on the other three sides. The main gate is 30 feet wide. A 430 RM water canal runs through the centre, with five slab style culverts above it. Within the garden, there are three pucca roads.

Day Care Centre: The Dibrugarh University facilities include a daycare centre that is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment to provide high-quality child care. It offers nursery and pre-nursery programs to children. The centre also assists working mothers from the surrounding community who are not part of the university community. A committee supports the centre constituted with the aid of university teachers and employees.
