Laboratories 

The college has various laboratories including general and method laboratories related with the field of Science, Home Science, Education Technology, Psychology/Guidance and counselling and Computer laboratory.

DSCE Library

Welcome to Dev Samaj College of Education Library. Our library has knowledge based rich collection of reading materials related to Education.Dev Samaj College Library Apart from this, we have books on general knowledge, UGC, fiction (English, Punjabi and Hindi) and others.

It is our constant endeavor to deliver the best of current knowledge and information. For this, we subscribe to a number of Hindi, English and Pubjabi dailies and a number of magazines. Journals related to Education and Dev Samaj form a valuable part of our collection.

It serves as a portal from where the readers can access vast amount of information. The library staff tries to provide the best services to its readers. The library is also used by some special users from other colleges in the region affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh, who are doing M. Ed. or Ph.D. in Education. The library uses Open Access System to facilitate the readers.

Multipurpose hall

There is one multipurpose hall in the college. This is used for the following purposes: Holding of practicum, celebration of certain functions and days of national and international importance, holding co-curricular activities, workshops and seminars, conducting examinations, holding guest lecturers, as a method laboratory and as a common room.

Workshop

There is a workshop for fabricating teaching aids and art exhibits. This laboratory is used for many purposes e.g. conducting lectures for Art & Craft and preparation of painting by the students, for providing training in preparation of articles prescribed in the syllabus of Interior decoration craft, for guidance in preparing the teaching aids of different teaching subjects and for practicing & improving black-board writing.

Music Room

Music facilities are used for teaching music and preparing musical items for various competitions.
