College of Engineering, Osmanabad was established in the year 1983 by Terna Public Charitable Trust. College offers 4 undergraduate and a post graduate course. College is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathawada University.  College has a campus of 158 acres.  It is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

The mission of our Institute is to become a centre of excellence in Technical Education and a Source of knowledge, disseminating information with the ultimate object of spreading love, peace and prosperity for mankind.

The Management, Staff, Student and the Society in which the Institute exists have set their vision for the future. The vision envisages that the Institute shall become a world renowned Institute in the decades to come, by Staff Development Programs, Research Activities leading to P.G. and Ph.D. programs & consultancies in Appropriate Technology, Emerging Trends etc. with Industry-Institute Interaction. & Interaction with the Society at large.
