Entrance Exams & Admissions : The basic eligibility criteria for getting an admission in Chitkara University for an engineering course is 60% in your 12th standard with JEE MAIN score. The admission procedure is pretty standard, you fill a form and then there is a counseling and then you get an admission. The basic requirement on the terms of an entrance examination is JEE MAIN.

Placements & Internships : The internships and placements here are pretty good almost every student gets placed. The average package is about INR 3 to 4 lakhs per annum and the highest is around INR 20 lakhs per annum. Almost every reputed company comes to the campus for placements ranging from Google, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro etc.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is classed start at 9:00 am and finish at 4:15 pm each with a 1-hour lunch break and 10 mins break after each class. The quality and method of teaching are alright and the overall experience is a bit disciplined one.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are about 3 girls hostels and 3 boys with hostel fees of around INR 40,000 per semester for triple sharing and cost goes higher as per your requirements like if you want a double or a single, or an AC room and all. Food in the college is alright and obviously, for hostellers its free but for day scholars it's around INR 50 per meal. Classrooms, labs, libraries everything is very good. Full wifi campus. Everything is nearby. Overall the infrastructure is very good.

Clubs & Associations : There are numerous clubs and they cover each and everything from photography to dance to writing everything. We have two festivals annually one is cultural and other is technical and life in college is good.
