• The minimum percentage required is 50% in 10+2 from a recognized education board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for Chhattisgarh Engineering College admissions 2024.

• 45% for candidates from the reserved categories.

• They must have appeared and qualified in CG PET / JEE Main.

BE [Lateral Admission]:

• Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects with 50% is required for admission.

• For candidates from the reserved categories, 45% is required.

• Counseling will be done by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh for students in the merit list.

• Seats will be allotted to the candidates during counseling depending on the availability.

For State Quota:

• Admission is done on the basis of CG PET conducted by the Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh for state quota seats.

For All India Quota:

• Admissions are on the basis of JEE Main conducted by CBSE, New Delhi for students from out of state.

Documents to be submitted for verification along with two sets of attested photocopies:

• Marks sheets of 10th and 12th examinations

• Transfer Certificates from the institution last studied

• Character Certificate

• Affidavit (if there is a gap during the study period)

• Domicile Certificate (for those belonging to Chhattisgarh)

• Recent Colored Passport size photo - 4 copies for Student & 1 copy for Parent & Local Guardian

• Undertaking from Candidate to be countersigned by Parent / Guardian

• Migration Certificate (for those belonging to other states or universities)

• Selection Note from the Directorate (for counseling Conducted by State)

• Proof of Address & Income of Parent

• Proof of Address of Local Guardian (if any)

• All applicants for Diploma must have 35% in Class 10th with Science and Mathematics and Chhattisgarh State Domicile Certificate.

• The candidates from SC / ST / OBC only need to have passed in Class 10th.

• Students from out of state must have passed in ITI course of 2 years duration / Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects or any Vocational subject.

• They must have qualified in CG PPT.

Admission will be based on CG PPT for the Diploma courses.

Documents to be submitted for verification (original with two sets of attested photocopies):

• Class 10th Marks sheet

• Transfer Certificates from the institution last studied

• CG PPT Score Card

• State Domicile Certificate

• Caste Certificate (if any)

• Income Certificate

• Passport size photographs - 4

• Character Certificate

• Proof of Address of Local Guardian (if any)

• Application to the courses offered must be made directly to the examinations for those courses like CG PET and CG PPT.

• The examination authority i.e the DTE, Chhattisgarh will conduct the entrance examinations and further counseling for these courses.

• However, Online Admission Enquiry can be made on the official website of the college.

• The online admission enquiry form must be filled with details like the candidate's personal information and address and submitted after completion.
