Library: The KOHA Open Source Integrated Library System is used to automate the Central University of Kerala library. The knowledge collection is organised using the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system. The library has 54,290 books and 632 unique Braille collections. It is open from 8 am to 8 pm. The library is open to students, faculty, and staff. It is a part of the eShodhSindhu consortium, which provides access to over 8500 e-journals. The library has subscribed to Indian and foreign journals on an individual basis. The library regularly informs students and faculty members about new arrivals of books and journals.

Computer Lab: The Central University of Kerala has state of the art computing facilities at the university. The computer lab can accommodate roughly 80 students. Its information technology-based learning solutions, multimedia experience, e-resources, and 1 Gbps internet connectivity are excellent tools for broadening students' overall knowledge and viewpoints.

Hindi Cell: All university stationery, such as letterhead, file folders, registers, and forms, is prepared in multilingual format. The cell assists and monitors the development of all boards, rubber stamps, and other trilingual/bilingual materials in accordance with the rules. All degree certificates are issued in English and Spanish. The cell organises Hindi Workshops for staff regularly to help them improve their working understanding of Hindi. Since 2014, the cell has organised nine Hindi workshops.

Hostel: The Central University of Kerala campus has five dorms, each named after one of Kerala's major rivers: the Kabani, Nila, Pamba, Periyar, and Neyyar. Boys and girls are housed in separate hostels. Three of the hostels are for girls, while the other two are for boys. The Central University of Kerala hostel rooms are available in various sizes, ranging from 2 to 4 beds. Each hostel structure is a self-contained unit with its own kitchen, dining hall, reading room/library, television, water cooler, phone, and indoor game equipment. Every room has Wi-Fi or a local area network (LAN) connection, and the hostel has a computer room. Wardens from the faculty are in charge of each hostel. The hostel and mess committee is made up of students.

Health Centre: CUK Kasaragod facilities include a health centre that provides medical assistance to students, faculty, and dependents. It has appointed a Nursing Officer and a Medical Attendant to ensure that the Health Centre runs well. Medicines are provided free of charge at an outpatient clinic. The health centre is open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm with doctors on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
