Security: The security department is responsible for the safety of the students. Security officers are maintained on high alert for any potential disruption to the student community. As a preventative step, CCTV cameras are installed at key places, such as entrance gates, administrative buildings, hostels, and the library.

Sports: Once a year, the University and the Student Council host the Student Sport and Cultural Fest (ANKUR). Students also participate in various sports and cultural activities at the state and national levels.

Computer Centre: The Central University of Karnataka has a computer centre that oversees computing and IT-based communication resources. With the assistance of technical experts, a computer centre with a suitable number of desktop PCs is accessible for individual study and learning. 

Hostel: Central University of Karnataka hostel offers separate accommodation for males and females. They are spacious and well-equipped. The university cannot guarantee hostel lodging to all students admitted to various programs due to growing intake and a lack of hostel space. Depending on the number of students enrolled in each department, the hostel will be assigned on a merit-cum-reservation basis.

Health Centre: Central University of Karnataka campus has a health centre with an in-patient ward (02), IV drip, blood test, urine test, and blood pressure test. A 24-hour ambulance service is offered on campus for emergency needs. A senior doctor and a lady doctor are accessible on campus to provide health treatment to students, faculty members, and non-teaching employees, with the assistance of a lab technician and nurse.

Bank: Canara Bank, which operates in a separate building on campus, provides exclusive banking services to the university. The bank has opened two ATMs. In collaboration with Apollo, the bank offers savings accounts, RD accounts, student loans, laptop loans, and health insurance.

Post Office: CUK Karnataka facilities include a post office on the campus. The pin code 585367 has given it a distinct identity on the Indian geographical map. It offers various facilities, like saving bank, RD account, speed post, regd Post, e-payment, postal orders, etc.

Guest Houses: The university campus has a well-furnished guest house located directly across from the vice chancellor's residence, ready to inhabit soon. It provides roughly 39 guest rooms and a dining hall for visitors.

Library: The central library serves academics, research scholars, and students in arts, humanities, social sciences, management, sciences, and engineering with information. The major goal is to make the library the most effective learning resource centre to improve higher education quality. Reference books, textbooks, CDs/DVDs, dissertations, theses, journals, and newspapers are available in the Central University of Karnataka library. The library also developed a learning environment by constructing an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) searching area, RFID technology, and e-resources.
