Only required criteria for admission is b.com with atleast 60%, no entrance exam is required to get the admission.

Here are the details:
1) Admissions are done in full conformity with norms of MP government.
2) The admissions are through the counseling which is conducted by MP Government.
3) The counseling is on the basis of score of entrance exam PEPT ( conducted by VYAPAM ), JEEE Main exam and
on the basis of 12th Exam Marks.
4) For the course fee is taken strictly as decided by MP government time to time. Seats are reserved under
different quotas as per MP government for SC, ST, OBC, J&K and NRI categories.
Candidate should have Graduation and a bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
