• The organization receives the confirmed database of all of these pupils via the SPOC.
• The SPOC works with the recruiter to plan preplacement meetings, tests, group discussions, personal interviews, etc., during college recruitment drives.
• Following the recruitment drive, the organization either presents the list of the final picks on campus or sends an email to the placement team.
• The T&P Cell also arranges the signing of offer letters by the selected students.
