Bhavan College Career Guidance Cell: Bhavan's College, Mumbai created a Career Guidance and Placement Cell and Entrepreneurship Cell in the year 2005-06. The Career Cell provides guidance to the students from time to time. They are also responsible for arranging seminars, and other programmes that help the students choose their right career. The college hosts an Annual Career Fair for students.
Bhavan College Placement Cell: The placement cell is responsible for campus recruitments. The cell holds numerous campus recruitments on a periodic basis. It also guides the students for summer internships. The cell also acts as a medium between the students and company so that the students can be trained according to the latest company trends and the company gets the talent they are looking for.
Bhavan College Entrepreneurship Cell: National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) started in 2004 by Wadhwa Foundation. The main objective of the cell is promoted Entrepreneurship among the students. The Entrepreneurship Cell of the Bhavan’s College was started in the year 2005 in association with NEN. The cell arranges various programmes from time to time to provoke the entrepreneur skill inside the students.

You need to do internships in the last year to submit a black book in the same topic of internship which you have done. The campus offer placement opportunity in finance, banking and sales profile. As a BMS student, I got my job in icici prudential life insurance in the sales department. The average salary they offer is above 15000. Overall the college is offering a good career opportunity.

I've not done any internship from college. For IT sector they come for hiring companies like Tata (TCS) comes. The average salary, no idea about that.

Does the college have a placement cell?

Placements at Bhavan’s College, Mumbai

Career Guidance and Placement Cell and Entrepreneurship Cell: These cells were established in the year 2005-06.
Career counseling is carried out periodically by the Career Guidance Cell to encourage students to complete their coursework so as to secure gainful employment.
The Career Counseling Cell holds seminars and programs guiding students in choosing right careers.
The College has a separate noticeboard for display of notices regarding competitive examinations, job fairs, education fairs, various government and non-government courses.
The Placement Cell holds on-campus recruitments on a periodic basis, assists students in summer jobs, training programs and procuring part-time jobs.
For the past few years, College has received inquiries for placements from Morgan chase, Wipro, TCS, Mahindra Tech, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Standard Life etc.
Placement cell provides interested organizations with the details of students and also informs the students about their placement schedules and procedures of these organizations.
