Balaji Institute of International Business offers modern amenities to students for holistic development. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has a high-speed internet connection of 100 Mbps, allowing student managers to access the internet from wherever on campus. More details regarding the BIIB Pune infrastructure are given below.

Library

• Balaji Institute of International Business library has over 34,000 books, including reference books, business and management literature, and more.
• The library has subscribed to 144 journals and publications, including worldwide, national editions, and subscriptions to 26 local and national newspapers to promote learning and encourage students to develop an interest in the latest management research.
• The collection has around 400 CDs on various disciplines, including the Psychometric Test, IQ Test, ET in the Classroom, aptitude test, and CDs from the Harvard Business School's Faculty Seminar Series.
• Balaji Institute of International Business library has also made arrangements to share information and knowledge from various national and international online libraries and databases, including NDL-National Digital Library and EBSCO-EBSCO management collection.
• Students and teachers get access to 14 online journals and databases for study and research.
• The library has ten multi-media computer systems that cater to its members and guests e-library and reference needs.

Reading Room

• The reading room  features comfortable chairs and desk amenities, allowing for serious research, study, light reading and general reference.
• Students and staff members have access to a reprographic facility.

Mess

• The students are provided steaming hot and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.
• In addition, Balaji Institute of International Business also has a juice shop and a light refreshment shop.

Hostel

• Balaji Institute of International Business hostel accommodate both males and females.
• The allotment in the hostel is done based on a first-come, first-served basis due to a limited number of seats.
• In the hostel building, each floor has eight clusters with four floors for the student managers.
• Students have access to amenities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirahs, and in-room furnishings.
• A laundromat is located on the hostel grounds, in addition to a gym and a swimming pool.
• A doctor is available in the hostel to provide basic first aid and treat minor and non-life-threatening illnesses.
