Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for my 1st year was INR 93,000 and after that, for 3 years my college fee was around INR 85,000. And you need to pay 6,000 from your 2nd year till your 4th year for Oreane labs, where they will teach you different computer software used and needed for designing. For example, in mechanical engineering, they will teach you, AutoCAD, Solid works and ANSYS.  The college also gives a fee waiver seat, partnered with U.P.T.U, Lucknow to the students who have scored well in JEE or UPSEE. The U.P government also provides full-scholarship to the students, who are eligible, like financially backward etc. Almost 35-45% of students apply for scholarship criteria: and almost everyone gets it. It takes some time, but they do get it.    If you are well enough and have a good financial background I suggest you not to take any loans. But if you need it, you can take it from any bank you wish to form, but there too you have to fulfill your criteria and eligibility.  

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria:- The criteria for BBDNITM is that you need to have above 65% in your 10th and higher secondary, and you should at least give an Entrance exam like JEE or UPSEE. If you have good marks in JEE or UPSEE you may get a fee wavier seat, which is pretty good.  Admission Procedure :- The admission procedure is same as those of other colleges, apply for the college through JEE or UPSEE and be called for counselling. 10% of the seats are also reserved for management quota.  I got that college through JEE Mains. I don't remember the exact cutoffs for the college but yes, you'll get the college even if you have just cleared the mains. 

Academics & Faculty : Classes start from 9:00 AM in the morning and end at 4:00 PM with an hours break in between, 12-1. You'll get a project to complete during your 4th year of college, where you have to decide your project topic confirm with the teacher assigned to you and work on it. The teachers will also give you full support and help you in if you get stuck anywhere between the project.  In 1 semester, you'll have to give 3 sessional exams, like a class test, which will criteria: are you internal marks for your final semester exams.  You'll be given assignments to complete after every end of a chapter to check whether you have understood the topic or not. You'll be getting an internship on a regular basis.  The teachers have good experience in their field, the H.O.D's of some department are from tier-1 colleges like IITs and NITs.  The teachers are very friendly and supportive and also very strict during studies.  The overall experience in college is to its optimum level. I enjoyed there, we studied there as well as had a lot of fun. Students in BBDNITM are talented and into studies but also very fun loving people.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostels in the college are divided. The 1st year hostels is a totally different building and others are different. There are 3 hostels for girls and 3 for boys as well. The living environment there is good, it's kept clean and tidy. There is a tennis and basketball court too inside the hostel for the students only. The fees are around 6-7 thousand per month for the hostel. But if you want to stay outside the college, you'll get a plenty of choices from rooms, to flats, PGs and even hostels ranging from 5-6k  per month to 9-10k per month.  The food is the same as is it in all the colleges, but yes, it's hygenic and the cook it in a clean environment. The food cost is included in the hostel fees already.  The classroom has a good standard, it's clean and well maintained. Labs have the equipment, a lot of them, and during practices, you can use them and learn about it. The college has a library which has almost all the books present in the field of engineering, you can go there and learn as much as you can. The dining halls and other environments are well maintained and have a good environment to live. 

Clubs & Associations : There are many clubs in the college where you can be a part of. Some of them are, Abhinay, Mechfire, Karmavesh etc. The do road shows like nukkad, and other theoretical activities, like Mime and contemporary etc. Other groups are affiliated with tech works like mech fire creates events where there are robowars and other activities. There are many clubs where you can join and gain experience and build your confidence.  The main festival in BBNITM is UTKARSH. It's held every year around February-March. It's a cultural event where people participate in different events like dancing singing etc. Many celebrities have also visited the college during UTKARSh to perform. Some of them are, Sunidhi Chauhan, Mika, Kailash Kher etc.  The life is exciting. You'll get to learn many things and also gain experience. It's a good place to learn and grow as a human being.
