AITM has its on fully organized Placement Cell, which actively helps to open up avenues in different companies for the employment of young aspiring professionals. The cell prepares students to face the corporate world and its culture through the personality development classes, psychological aptitude tests, interviews, role-playing classes, and audio-video tapes to improve their communication skills and facilitates summer training. Our students have been placed in companies like Wipro, NIIT, Tata, Airtel, Aegis, DHL, Fast Track, TCS, CMS Info System Ltd . on high packages. As placement in early stage of an institute depends upon its goodwill & subsequently on performance of earlier selection.

Objective

The cell performs liaison work between possible employers and the students. Prior to the final placement season the Institute regularly organizes interactive workshops with industry at the campus. The objective of this is to create an opportunity for a) the industry professionals to interact with our students and assess their caliber, b) our students to learn about specific companies and identify which lines of business they would like to work in, as per their aptitude & inclination.
