Anugrah Narayan College, Patna was established in the year 1956 under the name ofGardanibagh Tutorial College at Patna High School. The college derived its name from the wise leader of Bihar Dr. Anugrah Naryana Sinha. The college provides excellent quality education in different fields. The first president of the college wasDr. Gorakh Nath Sinha. In the year 1959, the college was shifted to its new campus. Currently Anugrah Narayan College, Patna offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate programs. Looking at the growing demand, the college has introduced new courses in the field of modern technology and industrial skill-related courses. The college is accredited with A grade by NAAC in the third cycle. Anugrah Narayan College is also approved by UGC.
